Home Services at The Home Depot

Can’t get through to anyone to even get a quote for work. Have been trying the last 30 minutes. When finally got through, woman didn’t want the business, citing some reason that no one else ever mentioned.

Lowes now has a new customer! We've spent an insane amount of money at Home Depot building and finishing our home. After a bedroom in our house flooded, we purchased the carpet and payed for the install. They left the closet solid concrete---no carpet. Of course this is not what we wanted, but they insisted we did. 6 months later, they have refused to re-install the carpet in the room and will only agree to put carpet in the closet, which will be from a different dye lot. In the meantime, I can't count the number of un-returned calls and managers on "break" when we went in to the store in the process of trying to sort this out. Time to cancel the Home Depot card and find decent customer service elsewhere!
