They came out at 10PM Saturday to fix our leaking stop valve. Great service and very friendly. Definitely will use them again.
Quick, courteous service. Travers was very knowledgeable and gave me some ideas to avoid the plumbing problem in the future. 4 stars because the price was high ($294) and came as a shock for ~30min of work (cut one piece of exterior 1.5” pvc piping that had clogged due to freezing, confirmed sump pump worked properly). I will use Blue River again but get a quote for everything beforehand.

Great service. They did a great job on some vent work I needed done.
Travers came out to diagnose a problem for us and found out where our showers were leaking from. He was very courteous and did great work but the price was high. There was a service call fee, diagnostic fee, and then the cost of the work. We found another company which has no diagnostic/estimate fee and was 40% cheaper for the same work to finish the job.
