If I could give less than 1 star I would. Mayfair is slow and misdiagnosed my problem which would have cost me twice as much money had I not got a second quote and then have the work performed by Fraser Plumbing. The other reviews just repeat what I'm saying. Save yourself the headache and go with FRASER PLUMBING AND HEATING as they are honest and the quality of work is much better. Clint W

Terrible experience with this company. Asked them to come quote a well fix. Guy showed up over two hours late, were at my house for maybe 20 minutes. Got a bill for 2.5 hours of work, and a truck charge. What did he need to drive the truck for as it was a quote job? It takes maybe 20 minutes to get to our house, then 20 minutes of work and they are charging for 2.5 hours of work? Quote for the well fix was going to be around $5000. We had another company come quote the job as well, they fixed the problem, which wasn't what Mayfair told us, and it only cost $350. This company takes advantage of people!

Last week we had trouble with our sewer. Called Mayfair. They were able to dig up the nasty problem and deal with it quickly. They cleaned the site so well you wouldn't know they were there.

Showed up at 2:30 when they said they were going to be here at 8 a.m. there was poo everywhere because they failed to snake the drain properly and even flush the toilet afterwards to see if the plug was gone. I have picture and video evidence of everything!! they want to charge $1,500 for two and a half hours work that they couldn't even do properly what a joke !!!! Next time I have a plug I will go to Blockbuster !!!
