Charged us for 2.5 hrs when another company said could be done in just over an hour. Asked us for tools and help, which generally I wouldn't mind but didn't see how it helped in the final quote. Did not take the garbage out with hin, nor put tools in the basement sink. Didn't not even put the cover back on the hole in the basement floor. Basically we over payed for incredibly poor service. Will not go back even if only people available.
