DO NOT USE!! I am extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism of this company: 1. I never received actual warranty paperwork for the water heater or the labor. 2. I received another quote for the same job and same water heater for $1498 a day after this job was done. Because of the urgency of the situation, I did agree to the $2100 at the time, but now realize that this company took advantage and grossly overcharged us. 3. I was told at the time of scheduling that credit cards were accepted. The tech told me upon arrival that cash or check only were accepted, and needed me to make the check out to him personally for immediate cashing. This felt extremely shady. 4. Upon completion of the job, I called the company to try to pay with a credit card, but the person I spoke with wanted to schedule me, as though no one at the office was aware that their tech had already completed the job at my home. 5. I had to ask repeatedly for an invoice. I have requested the breakdown of the charging for the parts, hourly labor rate and number of hours to complete the job. I have only received an invoice that shows the overpriced $2100 lump sum with zero breakdown after multiple requests. 6. While trying to work through this mess, I kept receiving phone calls from 3-4 different phone numbers, none of which are the number of "the office" that I initially called to schedule the appointment. The business name on the invoice is not the same as the business on the Google listing or website. No attempt was made by the company to resolve any of the above issues. They simply took my money and quit responding.

Hot water heaters don’t really make sense to anymore, and the technology has made me fly by. But now I’m able to keep up! Thanks for all your help.

I have called multiple times and have yet to receive service I call two weeks ago and they say it will take several days for them to get here the day comes when the tech is supposed to be here and never showed him I go on vacation for a week thinking that the tech had come while the house sitter was here but no still have no hot water. call today he says tech will be there between 3&5 I call back at 630 and lo and behold they have some “system failure” long story short find a repair man elsewhere I would never recommend these guys!!! I understand that things go wrong sometimes but the complete lack of communication is what gets me. If you knew when I scheduled my appointment that there was an issue with the system you should inform me.
