The repair appointment was scheduled promptly. Then they had an opening and asked if they could come earlier (yes!) They sent me a text and phoned to confirm the technician was on the way. He arrived 10 minutes later and completed the job in 30 minutes! Fantastic experience! Second visit for a different issue. Same prompt and professional service! Kyle is courteous and once again got the repair done quickly. I would highly recommend Still Waters Plumbing to friends and family.

Diagnose the situation quickly and repairs made in a timely manner. We were notified the day before of our appointment and given a time frame. Repairman showed at the time frame given. We were also notified again 30 minutes before his arrival. All the above, made the experience hassle free and quick. Happy customer!

Highly impressed !! Great service ! Jeramie was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing . He was very patient in explaining us what needed to be done. Fixed the faucet that other company had told us needed to remove the whole granite top. I would definitely call them back again if needed. He ordered the parts that needed to be replaced as well . In fact I would only ask for them to come over next time I call my home warranty service. Great Job Guys ! and Jeramie is a Gem .
