HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. They don't stand behind their word. Driving down the highway, a BB truck was in front of me and my children. The cooler that was in the back of the pickup truck caught some wind which broke off the lid to the cooler. The lid flew off and hit my car. Luckily I was able to swerve so it didn't bust my windshield. The cooler was facing the wrong way. Had it had been facing the other direction, this issue probably would not have happened. Unfortunately, it dented my driver door and the side of my car pretty badly. I chased down the truck to take pics of its license plate and get the number off the truck. I immediately called them to which the girl I spoke to was very polite and stated that they would for sure take care of the damages caused by their truck. Being that this happened on a Saturday, she said a manager would call me Monday. Monday came and went with no phone call. Tuesday came and it wasn't until that afternoon that I had to call them again. I spoke to yet another person who had me to send her pics of the damage as well as my license plate and VIN. She said she would turn this into their insurance agent and I should expect a call within a day or so. Well that "or so" turned into 2 weeks with not a single phone call or email. I had to call again. The insurance agent then calls me and leaves a message to call him. He then sends me an email stating that his driver said an unknown vehicle had a blowout in front of him, the tire tread then hit the truck, bounced over the cab striking the cooler lid which then became dislodged hitting the street before hitting my car. I immediately called this agent back to discuss the situation only to have this rude A-hole tell me that he believes his driver and does not believe what really happened. Case closed and claim denied. He was the absolute rudest person to deal with. I called back to Baker Brothers only to not have any of my phone calls returned. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. They don't own up to their faults nor take care of damages caused by them. They are extremely lucky that my children and I were not hurt during this whole ordeal. We are now 2 months out from this incident and I have yet to receive any returned phone calls from this company. Though this review isn't related to a plumbing issue, this is still the kind of lack of service and dishonesty that you will experience from them. They DON'T stand behind their word nor take responsibility for their actions that caused major damage.

Once again Baker Brothers came to the rescue. Sean fixed my leaky toilet with efficiency, professional expertise and kindness. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and polite. He also looked at another minor issue at my request and with a turn of a screwdriver had my outdoor gas lamp back on. I appreciate Baker Brothers because I can always rely on them. Thank you Sean!

A great company to work for, with and know. Great quality customer service. Don't be afraid to tell them whats going on because they want you to be comfortable with the whole service or replacement process of A/Cs, water heaters and plumbing works. They can do it all. Jimmie Dale is the greatest

Baker Brothers came out to fix my toilet that would not stop running. This was a problem I had had in the past that my bf at the time had fixed and it lasted for 12 years. I had just had surgery & was on medication when the employee was here. He took one quick look at my toilet and said it couldn’t be repaired, it had to be replaced. I asked him why and he said there was no way to repair that problem. So I reiterated to him to make sure I understand clearly...there’s no other option but to replace it and he said, “yes it has to be replaced“. He told me the new toilet was approximately $600 and when I told him I could not afford that he told me there was a “family plan” where I could pay $10 a month until it was paid off and that would also include a warranty. So I agreed to the work & gave him my debit card info. When I got my next bank statement they had charged the entire price of the toilet. I went back and read the contract only to realize the contract for $10 a month was for a warranty only but I had asked him three times if the $10/mo was for the toilet and warranty and he assured me that it was. I felt COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. I wasn’t even really given any options of which toilet I wanted. He wrote the estimate for two different toilets but then told me I had to have the more expensive one to “fit my bathroom” & that he was obligated to write the estimate for two toilets. When I recovered from my surgery and realized what had happened and talk to friends and family about it I just felt completely defeated & totally taken advantage of.

Prompt courteous service on a Sunday morning call. Woke up to find our A C system inoperative. Called early in the morning and reached answering service who relayed in to Baker Brothers. Baker Brothers quickly called back and said they could get to us fairly quickly, which they did. Tech called when he was on the way. After arrival, the tech promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem ( a burnt up high voltage wire). Very pleased with their service.
