This team has provided plumbing related services twice as a result of home warranty claims. They are punctual, professional, and friendly. They get the job done promptly. They even provided a solution that improved the end result of a home warranty claim that I made above and beyond what the home warranty company suggested and it saved me money.

Right solutions came out to fix my hot water. They came when they said that they were and on time. The technician was polite and professional. They had to come out a second time because the hot water kept having to be reset and it was a matter of changing out temperature but ultimately they did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone!

Chris and team were so helpful! I was out of AC with 3 kids and they came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. They looked at my system and the house and saved me so much money!! They were honest and told me I could really use a smaller system than I originally had. So instead of spending more to replace like for like I spent less and was able to get a better system. I upgraded to a really nice Fujitsu system they recommended and it’s so quiet!! Thank you!! You were definitely the Right Call!!

Above and beyond service for this first time customer. Called on the start of a long holiday weekend, spoke directly with the owner, and he was at our house within the hour with everything he needed to fix an emergency plumbing issue. Twenty minutes later we had water again. Honest, friendly, hard-working, quick, and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer. Could be they're all related to the home warranty service company referenced in each of them as my experience working directly with Right Call Solutions was A+ all the way.)

Horrible service + Horrible customer service. Total nightmare dealing with this company. I cannot count how many times I had to take off work in order to wait for them to come out. Only for them to call me the morning of, and tell me they have a technician out, and would have to put me on schedule for the next day. This has happened several times. Other times, they don't call at all. I had to keep calling their office to ask to be put on schedule for someone to come out and fix the plumbing issue. And dont get me started on the customer service, and the rude + cold tone that Rosalie has. Makes me thinks she hates her job. I would never recommend this company or advice to use them.
