They are always prompt and courteous. Always two men come out. They do not stand around scratching their heads. They get right to it. And do it right. They gave been out at least four times over the years. Worked inside and out. No repeat problems.

created a google account just to review this place. the guys here so good and fixed my broken water pump. they came out quick and have no problems since.

I have had to use Mesquite Plumbing on two separate occasions and both were great experiences.Their always right on time,very professional and friendly. Their charges aren't too expensive either.Today I had two great guys both named Billie.Couldnt have asked for better guys!!! This company is awesome. I will use them again when needed.

· Well wouldnt you know it.....Had a leak on the outlet valve/hose atop the hot water heater yesterday.....Called MESQUITE PLUMBING out.....Replaced hose with tubing which only needed a new flexible hose.....300 dollars for one hour of service.....Well thought all was well.....Then today I/we find a big puddle of water in the hallway.....Checked the hot water heater.....Guess what.....Thats right ..Its pouring out water....Called Mesquite back out.....Now they want $1500 to replace a water heater that was working before they got here.....you tell me.....Somehow the water heater mysteriously starts pouring out water less than 24 hrs after Mesquite Plumbing tampers with it.....Then they double charge.....These people are scamers.....On top of that the victim they scamed was a 95 yo woman

After smelling gas in my backyard & Atmos finding a leak & turning my gas off, I had to find a licensed plumber to install new gas line. This, in itself, is stressful, especially doing it alone. After several calls to different plumbing companies, I called Mesquite Plumbing and spoke to Wayne. Wayne patiently walked me through the process and these words were music to my ears, "Mrs. Andrews, we'll work with you". I don't think even he knows how that just calmed my nerves. Keep in mind, this was an unexpected expense and coming up with the money created a hardship. Billy and Jimmie arrived at my house at the precise time agreed (9:00 AM). Billy was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and just an all around good guy. Jimmie was as well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Good customer service and a willingness to help those in need, as well as employees that honor those values are indeed appreciated. Thank you Mesquite Plumbing.
