Man these guys did right me. Another company tried to overcharge me and another tried to hook me in to some kind of contract. I called Andy's and they treated me good, they fitted me in to there schedule and the technicians were very respectful and professional. This is now my heating and air company. Highly, highly recommend.
We have used Anndys for years, I have rent house that needed work on the A.C. and they were backed up till the middle of next week ,so We tried some one else that could get out there that day.there is a reason why Andy's was back up and the other one had a opening. I'll never mack that mistake again.
Always has great reliable Services prices are a bit high but when you got no choice to go with them
If I could give negative stars I really would. I am not one to write reviews and I normally just brush off bad service, however I cannot let someone else have the same results that I have had. Initially called them to have roots removed from my pipes, however upon further inspection they needed to update all the pipes in the house. Not a problem, older house means older pipes. The fee was not terrible, but not the greatest. It took them longer than anticipated, which I can understand you cannot predict it perfectly. The parts that I really have an issue with was having to call them out mulitple times the following week for issues that should have been done while they were there and getting billed additional charges for "service time" when they should have correctly piped/screwed in/turned water on prior to leaving and charging me a ridiculous amount ($100) for the ugliest/cheapest knobs (typically $10) because they needed to replace them without informing me. I would have gladly gone and picked out knobs that they could use vs being overcharged on cheap plastic knobs. One issue was they did not fully pipe/tighten a spot in the laundry room so I had water spewing out of pipes onto my floor, the next part was no water coming out in my shower due to same issue as above. I then had the worst water pressure I have ever experienced, I could not get any shampoo/conditioner out of my hair. Had to constantly have them come back and fix things they should have done correctly the first time. The rude customer service was another issue. They kept sending out bills for things that we should have never had to pay for if everything was done correctly the first time out there. These issues they were charging us for was do to their plumbers lack of craftsmanship. The billing lady is extremely rude and not understanding as to why we were upset with the charges. Heres where it gets even better. I'm having my bathroom remodeled and the hired contractor spent an entire day correcting what they did incorrectly. This was an entire day that should have been for tile/tub placement, however was spent correcting others screwups. Long story short, choose another company.
Went around and around with the rude, sarcastic, and snarky woman that schedules. Was told maybe Monday they could get someone out, so I went to my followup appt after chemotherapy, get a call about how my a/c must not be that important if I am not home to deal with the repairman! Woman, i am in chemotherapy, i need functional air conditioning but was willing to deal with it until they could get to my house, but nope, apparently my being called into my doctor's office is taking money out of her very own paycheck. The repairmen are polite and trying to get my a.c. running but it was ridiculous and insulting to be told that since I have a Dr appt my medical condition is not worth the time of having her technicians at my house!! Rude, rude, and rude, i have never dealt with such a hateful person in my life! I guess andy's has so much business to throw away that they do not need manners and compassion.
