We had a plumbing problem (sink backed up; flooding from the water heater closet; bathtub not draining properly etc.) I called some of the "name brand" plumbers in the area and either: got an answering machine, no answer, or was told I would have to wait 4 (four) days until someone could come. When I called STEELE Plumbing, I was able to speak with a human being and he came with an assistant later that day. He was able to quickly determine the problem and fix it right away! Also, he recommended a solution that was less expensive that what I thought I would need. Quick, professional, effective, and reasonably priced! Any issues in the future, I am definitely going to call him first!

Update: So the toilet started bubbling again a couple days later. We plunged it and it cleared. Now today, the mainline is backed up again. Now to clarify, there were tampons on the drain the first time we called them out. After that it was very clear to us, nothing goes down this drain but toilet paper. SO, we called them back today and asked them if they could come back out because clearly the main line is still plugged by something. They wanted to charge another full $75 to come out if they found another tampon, but wouldn't if it was something else. So basically we'd have to have them come out, clear the line and then if they find a tampon that they missed the first time, we get charged $75. Basically they assume we were somehow dumb enough to continue putting tampons down the drain after the first incident. This is terrible business practice, won't ever call this company again. Original Review: Showed up the same day to fix our clogged mainline, very professional and polite. Affordable priced. Will call these guys again.

Outstanding! They were here before the scheduled time, were very quick in the installation of the garbage disposal, and very courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend and will use again when the need arises.

We had a major leak in our water heater the day after Thanksgiving and everyone else wanted time and a half just to come out but Bob Steele charged regular rates AND we had a new water heater installed by the end of the day. Their rates were very reasonable. They even called us that night to check and make sure we didn’t have any leaks and our water was heating appropriately. Highly recommended!
