Bobby and his team did great with installing my AC. His half I would give 5 stars. The 1 star is for the plumbing area. I was given a quote and a rough estimate on the amount of days it would take to get the job done for my washing machine. They didn't have to do the amount of work which we were quoted for. They had planned on moving over the dryer also and didnt have to move the vent or electric. We were quoted 3-4 days. They worked MAYBE 2 1/2 days. With one day I waited for them to show up and finally called the office to find out no one was coming. Which I was told they would be back that morning. Found cigarette butts in my backyard. I have small children and we are a non smoking household. Do as you want on your break but don't leave it in my yard where my children play barefoot. I called and asked for a break down because it was still the same exact amount at my "estimate." When trying to get a breakdown of why it is still that same amount I was told it would cost over $100 for a breakdown! Bobby's team left a simple labor, parts, and discount on his invoice. I have been trying to get an answer for the price for a week now. Still nothing and I've been more then patient.
Josh and his guys took care of our tankless water heater so quickly(in less than an hour). They did more for us in an hour than another company that we were trying to work with did in 3 weeks! Very professional and knowledgeable of their work. Answers any and all questions you may have. #1 in my book!
Great service. Very professional. All workers that came in were super nice and knowledgeable about what was going on or needed. They gave us great information and let us know everything that was going on. They cleaned up and everything looked just as it did before they came in . I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!!
They always do a great job.
(My mother's review of the service she got) doesn't recommend Affordable Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. November 9 at 6:37 PM · Def. no, will not ever call again! Here is why! Affordable is NOT Affordable. I was overcharged at least $350.00 to $400.00. I was told it cost about $1100.00. I needed a 40 Gallon Gas Water Heater. It took Mike not even 2 hours. He replaced an empty Tank, put a 6inch PVC Pipe to make it up to State Standards, to put between the Tank and the Gas Line. Payment was demanded as soon as job was finished. When Angie called to get the payment, she said it is $1200, because Mike had to do something else. That something else was a 6 inch piece of pipe. My other items for the heater were still in good condition, therefore, he did not have to replace any of the connections to the Water. It was no weekend, no night time rate. My work was done from 10-12 Noon. I had to get it fixed, because the Tenant has a little boy and needed Bathwater, etc. I was told I cannot get an itemized bill, which I need, because it is a Rental Property. Lowe's and Home Depot Water H. were from $417.00 to $647.00, which Mike would have bought it at Contractor's Price, plus Labor $100. per hr. ($200.00). This is why they took advantage of me, overcharging for 2 hr. which could have cost at the most $850.00. I request a refund, I will also go to the District Attorney and file my complaint, about outrages Prices for the Consumer. I notified the BBB of this price gouging. I am still waiting for my itemized Statement from Angie. Please Customers read this and get informed, I will always pay what I owe, but if one hits me over the head with gouging I can get pretty upset, because this was taken advantage of, even as far as using either Emergencies, or the elderly people. PLEASE READ THIS AND STAY INFORMED CUSTOMERS. (today is the 15th, and still no resolution on this mess!) Annette. ***UPDATE....so, here we are.. Dec 3, 2018. No itemized bill/invoice yet. According to the tenant - no arrangements have been made to look at the "work/job" that was done, and put a drip pan in for the water heater. It amazes me, that someone can spend $1000 ... and be treated like they got a bad hamburger and fries. (no wait... I've seen better customer service at a fast food restaurant) My mother has been so patient, and kind about all of this...so that she can still be ignored by the supposed owner of this place.. who told her... he would make contact with the tenant... he would put a drip pan in... WHAT are you waiting for, sir? Really?? THE water heater was installed and paid for (tho, outrageously, and a small refund was given) - on the 7th of November) SHE needs that itemized invoice for her rental property records. So frustrating to have a business in Lawton treating good customers this way. ****UPDATE Dec 19, 2018 It is now Dec 19, 2018. Still no action on the part of this company to do what they said they were going to do. No drip tray, no appointment made with the tenant... and no itemized invoice for what my mother paid $1000 for. It is time to gather tax papers SIR!!!! It truly should not be that difficult to get this taken care of. Could you please be a responsible business person, and do the right thing? My mother is being so patient with you... and this is how you treat her. Jan 17, 2019... still waiting for this company to do what is right. JAN 17th ... still he has not spoken to my mother to make this right. FOR a simple piece of paper, itemized with parts numbers, labor cost, warranty ... any high school kid could do one up on a computer. BUT still... NOTHING.
