Yale is amazing. We had a broken pipe burst at night due to the recent polar vortex. It was creating a small flood in our basement and we were totally stressed out. He came on short notice, totally cut out the broken pipe portion, replaced it expertly within minutes, and then gave us advice on how to prevent freezing in the future and what to do to clean up the water damage.
