North Star Plumbing came highly recommended to us by our neighbors. We scheduled an appointment with Matthew, the owner, for a few plumbing repairs and the installation of a tankless hot water heater. Our experience was exceptional. Matthew confirmed his arrival ahead of time, covered his shoes when he entered our home, was very professional, explained our repair and installation options and gave us honest recommendations, did not try to sell us unnecessary products, and cleaned up his work areas prior to leaving our home. Highly recommend.
Had a few issues with our house. And North Star came out and did an outstanding job. They tell u what’s wrong and doesn’t try to up sale u on anything And I highly recommend them. Ethical plumbers do exist
