ejector pump in basement wasn't working. I called Little Tommy's plumbing and set up appointment the next day. the plumber came out as promised. Had the pump replaced within a hour; I then had him check all of the toilets in the house. He replaced 3 flapper in toilets.. Great job well done.
Thank you for helping us improve the system in our basement. Josh did a super job. He was thorough in explaining what needed to be done and took care to order what was best for our needs. Tommy and his crew did a fabulous job building a powder room as part of a basement renovation project. They stepped in when our first choice fell short of what we needed. Silly us for not choosing Tommy first. We won't make that mistake again. This business is top notch in every way: honest, experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. We had some challenges with the project due to factors outside their control, and they were consummate professionals in solving problems and keeping the project on track.
