Most excellent. They were able to snake my drain and unclog it with the greatest of ease. Also, they were very timely with their service.
Amazing service. Service men worked 2 days to solved the problem and we were not charged overtime or call out when they CHOOSE to complete the job on a Sunday for us. Office staff kept us posted on all the progress that was going on. Would recommend them again and again.

I called this company for a toilet clog. The technician refused to take off his street tennis shoes when entering the apartment, used a snake down the toilet which he then tried to carry dripping through the living room, and worst of all, did not solve the problem. For this is was charged $172. This business makes it almost impossible to contact anyone except their dispatcher. Customer complaints are ignored. I have used many good plumbers in Anchorage - but these guys provided a very bad experience.
