Had two plumbers look at my heating system because it was not acting right. Both said it was a clogged filter. Finally went to Partusch and they actually diagnosed it just from talking to them over the phone. Tech came out next day and confirmed that their diagnosis was correct. They know their stuff for sure!
Hands down the best plumbing contractor in Alaska. Quality, integrity and community oriented. You are guaranteed with Partusch!
Just saw a Partusch truck hit and old native man who was walking on the sidewalk with a cane downtown, outside of the Dena'Ina convention center. The driver got out, picked the old man up and told him to keep walking. The old man left before I got the chance to call the cops. Negligent, reckless, dangerous, and frankly racist. The driver knew he was in trouble but knew he'd get away with it.
Great friendly crews.
Moved into our new house September 1st, and before even moving in we contacted Partusch per realtor and seller's recommendations (as supposedly they were involved with the original plumbing). One guy showed up to give an estimate, he was rude, ran through house, wrote some stuff on a piece of paper and told me to call the office to schedule the necessary things done. I called to set up appointment...4 times actually. Each time I was told they would get back to me. Why the 'scheduler' coudn't schedule the appointment is beyond me. Anyway, it's December and my spouse tried calling this morning (because they supposedly knew about our home's plumbing) and the lady was rude, condescending, and so my spouse hung up. I just called them back this morning and told them they were a complete fail. The company came recommended by our realtor and the seller. As homeowners who have plumbing needs, we want to spend money at a compnay (even when they treat us poorly) they won't even take our money. Anyway, based on our experience, don't waste your time with these folks. Talk about needing more competition. Update: We just called Anchorage Plumbing & Heating and they said they could come out today and were polite. They asked what was wrong and were not condescending. What a concept. Don't believe me? Call them both and hear for yourself.
