James Roth review about company Total Appliance Service Inc.

Do not use these jokers! They came out saying they could fix my appliance, then couldn't, had to order a part (of course they ordered the wrong part we found out a week later) then had to order another part (failed to call me until I called them 2 weeks later to have them say "the part is on back order") I said why wouldn't you call and tell me that the day you found out. I have to call the manufacturer to get them to over night the part because they felt horrible about the experience. The part was at their office 4 days ago and I still can't get them to come fix it let alone get a manager to call me back. I'm on my 3rd day calling and he is out to lunch every time I call no matter the time of day it is. Use someone that wants to earn your money not these jokers....
