The first day they were scheduled to come out they gave the time window of a 1200-1600 arrival. They did not call until 1645 to say they were on their way and didn't arrive until after normal business hours That being said the service they provided once they made it was very good. Once parts had arrived for our washer it was repaired within 24 hours Overall impression--unaccountable for their 4 hour window arrival times, but they seem to do good work once they arrive. Ask them how many appointments they have ahead of you to get a better idea of when your technician will arrive.
