I have used True North Comfort for our gas fireplace service and repair the past two years and are extremely happy with their service. Nothing but excellent service. Rob was great. He was courteous, on time, polite, cleanly dressed and provided me with valuable feedback. He was proactive and let me know that the one part may need replacing in the next 3 years but he had sent the model number to the office so it would be easier to find the correct part when the time came.
