We had our furnace repaired by another company last year. Major $$$$ spent for work that was less than satisfactory. The furnace broke just when the recent rains started and the house was like an iceberg which is not good with a 91 year old in the house. We tried another furnace company with no actual repair and major $$$ again. North Shore was amazing. They quickly responded and reviewed the current furnace and our needs. We had decided to scrap the old (less than 10 years) furnace for something more reliable. NS offered several options and installed as soon as the unit became available. The crew that did the installation were everything one would want from a company. On time, professional, polite and very efficient. They obviously know their business. From start to finish, a very positive experience. This is the beginning of long term customer loyalty and would recommend without hesitation to anyone.
Excellent service, response time and professionalism. Our furnace gave up this winter, Dylan was able to diagnose the issue quickly and suggest viable options for remediating the problem. Dylan had the new furnace installed within 24 hours, was clean and efficient and most importantly kept everyone in the house warm! Would highly recommend to anyone on the North Shore. Thanks again NSPH!
Called to fix a clogged toilet, they say no one is available and I had to wait 3 days to have someone fix the toilet. They said if I am an urgent situation (I hoped they were joking. I mentioned it is the only toilet), I could use their emergency service at a cost of more than $300. Poor communication, ridiculous price. Called Milani and someone came in like 30 minutes no kidding at a cost of $170. I will let the readers of this review to make their own decision.
Prompt and friendly service with a smile no less. Great company to work with.
Called them during a cold snap . My furnace was not working . They came over and quickly diagnosed the problem . Gave me a couple of options . Told them I'd have to think about it for awhile . They said that's fine and no charge for the initial visit . Decided to go with the cheaper option and repair the old furnace ( 1991 ) instead of replacing . They ordered the new circuit board and had it installed within two days . Great fast service and very knowledgeable technicians .
