They provided a timeline for the work and kept their word. Travis and Eric installed three Samsung Whisper units that were recommended by Travis and have worked really well. Replacing our old furnace with a high efficiency furnace presented a challenge due to its central location. We wanted it vented up through the roof B vent rather than a side exit and Travis was the only one willing to work with us to solve this issue and make it work. In addition to the furnace, he also installed a tankless hot water system. Travis and his team were very accommodating and answered all our questions. After installation, there were several issues that needed to be resolved and Travis returned several times to ensure they were taken care of. We would not hesitate to recommend Nova Heating to anyone.

Travis came to my rescue when another company pushed me hard to replace the entire furnace by quoting me $1500 in parts and then further damaging my furnace to try and prevent it from being repaired as is. He took time out of his busy day to answer my questions and arrange so I could get the parts I needed quickly so we could get the heat turned back on after four days without it. (Other company could come install a new furnace FOUR MORE days later) Highly recommend this company for all your heating needs! This guy is a diamond in the rough!
