I had a great experience using Pacific West, after being referred to them by my building manager. I had an issue with a leaking faucet in my bathroom in my condo and they sent someone out right away to look at it. They then ordered a new faucet for me and returned in a couple of days to install it. Eric was really professional and efficient and the office staff were really quick in contacting me to set up an appointment. I would definitely use them again if another plumbing issue arises.

After dealing with a couple of other independent contractors and having no solution provided for my problem, I was recommended Pacific West by a friend in the industry. Duane arrived promptly and worked fastidiously on a fix for my leaky shower. Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and within another 30 minutes had it wrapped up and was on his way. Payment was arranged with the friendly office staff and was prompt and efficient. It's nice to see this level of integrity and organisation maintained in a company.

The worst company ever! This is my first review on Google I'm so upset with them I really hope no one will experience the frustration I've had with them. Look elsewhere, save your time and $$! We got their contact via our building manager, should have googled them before we called, wasted $200 on 30min inspection labour. Set up 2 inspections in one month, haven't even begin to fix our problem, just keep telling us to wait for quotes! Ridiculously impotent!

Some of the least qualified people I have ever met to deal with these issues. Considering plumbing is in their name and they struggle to fix anything despite multiple callouts for a single Vancouver tower and a simple water issue I'm amazed at the 5 star rating from 'Monica'. Interesting how there is no comments with their rating. There has to be someone better out there than this company. The only thing that seems to be professional is the paint finish on their trucks. Don't be fooled.

As another review says a negative rating deserves this rip-off company. Avoid at all cost.
