High Mark Plumbing

The technician was prepared and knowledgeable about my plumbing needs. However, despite this, the cost was way higher than I expected. The quote was somewhat deceptive: $99 + $75 + a part for the toilet, and the use of the snake to unclog two drains, the sink and the shower. He was honest. He stopped after the major work was done; half an hour only. It cost a total of $400.00 (100 cash + 338.00 cheque) That’s a tough pill to swallow for a senior on a pension. ????????????

quoted $99 for first hour and $75 for every 30 minutes after... charged way more, farmed out the job to an unknown company, didn't get my consent to move forward with the quote, and arrived late. A $200-250 job landed up being $435.00!! I called to discuss the terrible service and was put on hold for long periods of time, was told someone would get back to me, and they never did. Repeat this call 3x. I still have yet to talk to a manager. :( Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

This plumbing company does an excellent job, on time and on budget! From drainage issues to plumbing repair, water heaters and even helping with leaky pipes or repairing/replacing faucets, we've had a great experience with them each and every time we've worked with them. If you want reliable plumbers who will get the job done right, definitely give these guys a try.

Excellent and prompt! Great same day service. Replaced decrepit sink, faucet with a sink and faucet supplied by me. Could not be happier.

I had a drainage issue and several other companies could not fix the problem but High Mark persevered and the technicians are highly qualified and they worked together to solve my issue. Since then I have used High Mark several times to fix some heating issues in my home and they have also done larger projects for my industrial property and always provided excellent service and they got the job done. I would highly recommend them.
