I give a 5 star rating because of the plumber, Anthony. He was a very pleasant young man well versed in his trade. If I had him every time I would never seek out another company. Rooter has hired an excellent asset in Anthony. He replaced both drains in my kitchen sinks. I also appreciate the assistance Michelle tried to give over the weekend.

I was very impressed by the quick response time to an on-line request for plumbing service - even on the weekend. An appointment was quickly set up with a time frame provided. The techs called and showed up on time and were very professional. I was given a choice of quotes depending on what I wanted done. Preston (the tech) completed all the tasks competently and everything was checked and working before he left. He made sure I was shown exactly what was done and then ensured all was cleaned up and any debris taken away. Thank you Mr. Rooter.
