Richard, who did the servicing, is a real professional who knows his job well and does it very quickly and thoroughly. Steve, who arranges visits, and Richard, who shows up to do the work, are most friendly and show concern for the issues you have. No "valley time" with this company. They got our here within a few hours of my initial call. Reasonable price for this type of service. Highly recommend!!

Had a clogged drain, the guys who came over were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond the quality of work and service that i was expecting. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anybody who has any issues with their plumbing and will be calling them back in the future if I have any more issues.

Just had Richard come over and unplug our house drain. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He had us unplugged and running in no time at all. If anybody reads this that has a slow main drain in their home, do yourself a favor and call these guys. It will save you a lot of time, grief and will be the best money you ever spend. I had a problem with my sump pump. They came over and fixed as much as they could. They gave us wonderful advise on who and where to go from there. Polite and professional. I would use them again.
