Thank you so much to Adam for coming quickly and getting our kitchen sink un plugged, he was very professional, knowledgeable and nice, didn't mind if you had some questions along the way and would always check with you. However the amount they charge is rediculous, a minimum of an additional $ 180 I believe to pull out their basic drain snake, nobody else charges that in town.

We had a problem with our furnace in one of our rental homes, of course it was on the weekend, but High Point answered our call! They were over to the house within 60 minutes, determined the problem within 30 minutes and removed the old & installed a new furnace within a few days! They were fast, efficient and we’re very respectful of our tenant and their schedule as well!
