I phoned five weeks ago about a leaky sewage pipe in my house. They told us two weeks. We taped it and waited. I called in two weeks and left a message. They got back to me 3 days after my message and came to look at it on a Tuesday. Said they could likely fix it Friday and would call the day before to confirm. We didn't hear from them Thursday or Friday. I finally called the following Thursday and left a message. I called the next Monday and left a message. They finally phoned back a day later and said it would be another month. I'm not sure what's going on but that is terrible service. I won't be calling this company again.

The driver on highway 3 near Fernie nearly rear ended us 5 times and rode our ass the whole way. After flipping me off and doing an illegal pass on the highway, he sped off, flipping us off again. If this is any reflection of the people you have and the service you give, I highly suggest you rethink staffing.
