Absolutely top notch service. Bought a used hot tub from Rudy (owner) and have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Had a few issues with the tub after warranty ran out and they always went above and beyond to work with me on a solution that I was happy with. Down the road when we splurge on a new tub without a doubt I'm coming back here.

We work with Energy Smart all the time here at Greener Homes. The Energy Smart team is incredibly knowledgable, always ahead of the game with new products and services, and their customer service and delivery is great. We would highly recommend them.

Energy Smart and Corellian helped us with a small sun room extension with solar panels. Every part of the extension was done beautifully and the solar panels work amazingly (even despite the haze from wildfires)! We can also monitor how well the solar panels are working each day (depending on the amount of sun they are receiving) and reduction of CO2 through the use of the solar panels. Everything was done on time and very professionally. I highly recommend working with Energy Smart and Ian!

There’s a lot of hot tubs out there to choose from. We did our research and before too long we knew Arctic Spas had everything we were looking for. They were the clear choice. Now that was years ago and a lot has happened since then... After we chose the tub we wanted and so fortunate to say we could actually purchase, we started to learn about the maintenance and up keep. There’s a lot more than meets the eye. Here’s where this story gets even better... Over the past few years we’ve gotten to know Rudy and his lovely family who own energy smart. The most that can be said is this. Where the real separation of hot tub companies come into play. We don’t believe it’s possible to own one of these beauty hot tubs with any issues, life doesn’t work like that. We can tell you this without a doubt Rudy works towards changing that and it’s been very obvious. There’s been many questions and numerous unforeseen situations over the years and Energy smart has always had our back, all the way. We as customers will make purchases on anything, anyplace and anywhere. What we’re saying is do yourself a favour and buy from Energy Smart in Lethbdrige. Rudy and his family are respectful, reasonable and honest. We tell our friends many times to just”go see Rudy! He’ll take care of you. That’s just the truth of the matter.
