From start to finish, my emergency plumbing repair was done efficiently and promptly. They would have received 5 stars, except their billing practices were left to administrative interpretation and I was charged an exorbitant amount of money. I questioned the bill because I had a friend on site who documented all work with photos and accurate times and in spite of that, the owner knocked only 18% off the bill (according to my records it should have been about 40%). As a result, after speaking directly to the plumber they sent, the company revised their billing practices to better reflect their work, and so maybe it will be a better experience for the next guy.

They wouldn't even answer the phone. I am definitely calling someone else!
