I had a friend recommend Empire on the basis that they're fair and honest. As a result of my experience, I am still looking. I had to call them repeatedly for a simple issue in my office, and when they finally sent someone to copy the serial number of the part that needed replacement ($100 visit), they returned days later with the replacement part, installed it in less than an hour ($205 labour) and charged me $100 more than what I could get the part for online retail. All in all, over a $600 hit. Does anyone know a fair and honest plumber?
Shylo, Dave and the guys at Liquid Empire are excellent! We had a gas line for our BBQ installed and it turned out great! Also had Dave come and install a humidifier to increase the comfort in our home. All services were done professionally and we couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services!
