I just randomly picked Skrt plumbing and heating ltd. from Google search. I picked this plumber for a Leaking Toilet Supply Tube and to Replace a 3 piece washroom basin sink Faucet that became loose after its threads gone worn out. I got a quick response from Shawn. He provided and replaced leaking tube promptly. Tried to fix the loose faucet but couldn't due to its worn out threads. I ordered the same make and model 3 piece faucet from Amazon that was delivered the next day. So, Shawn came back to take out the existing faucet and replaced with new 3 piece faucet set. I found him friendly, cooperative, prompt in response and showing up twice. He tried to make use of existing faucet to avoid additional expenses to me. He charged reasonable amount plus also asked and provided me seniors' discount. I'll recommend him to anyone who is looking for plumbing services.

He was great! He was kind and tells us what the problem was. After he was finished he checked it twice. If the drain gets clogged again I will call this guy again!! I was very satisfied.
