Richard Reise was a first class plumber. Thought I had a backed up drain issue, turns out to be a major AC condensate leak from the next room over. Richard was very informative with suggestions. NO CHARGE for the call, which I thought was more than fair and reasonable. Thanks again Richard!

Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment and told me they’d be here in 4-6 hours. Took the day off work. Waited 7 hours and called back. Was then told that it would be “awhile yet”. I asked what that meant and they guy said that it could potentially be in the middle of the night because “we’re very busy and it is a 24 hour service”. Don’t waste your time or money. Lots of other companies that do the exact same thing for cheaper. And they actually show up!

Jay F came to my house during the Grey Cup game and unclogged the main drain. Ran the camera and made sure everything else was fine. Great job!
