I called for emergency service in the morning and was absolutely delighted when service technician arrived within 1 hour. Garry (service plumber) was amazing. He accessed the problem, advised what had to be done and provided an accurate estimate. His pleasant and courteous manner was above and beyond. All of the necessary repair parts were in his service truck and the work was completed in a timely manner. There was no cleanup mess to deal with. It’s great working with professionals. Great service as usual!!! This time we had a tech named Alex who was amazing. On time, patient and very informative. We even received a text notifying us that Alex was on his way. He took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend using Out of this World Home Services.

Craig and his colleague arrived promptly, and offered friendly, transparent and courteous service throughout. He clearly knew his stuff, and gave me the information I needed to make decisions in a clear and concise way. All in all an extremely positive experience. I would recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely honest and excellent work in unclogging the kitchen sink. Since older house pipes were in a non advantageous position to optimize draining so, after consultation and price estimate -pipes were replaced PVC and better draining where I’ve never heard the sink make a sound like that to prove there was proper airflow! Our plumber, Alex, even had to go get one part at Home Depot and completed the job. I will never have a problem kitchen sink ever!! Staff very friendly and called me back as they had opening sooner than expected-received a text with who the plumber was and even a brief bio of him-very charming. But, for a woman living alone, very good security process. I absolutely without hesitation would call them back for any plumbing issue!....you should to! They truly are....out of this world service!!!
