Jonathan, Eric and Thomas were absolutely amazing in the service they provided. Called first for an emergency, they came quickly and more than exceeded our expectations. Our home is a mobile home; nothing was standard and they had to be creative, and search out the appropriate fittings. They were professional, straightforward, respectful of our home, personable and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them.

David from John the Plumber came to enlarge my sump pit and install 2 larger pumps. The price was very reasonable and the work performed was very well done. All connections were perfectly measured, the new pit perfectly leveled with the cement floor, and job site left very clean. Great communication with the company and David to ensure that I knew exactly what would be done before the work was started. Very friendly staff. I would definitely do business with again.

Had them over twice just over a year ago. The first was for a drain issue in the basement. Then a month later to repair the drain and vent for our kitchen sink. Alistair did an outstanding job both times. Very clean repair / installation and left no mess. He explained everything, he was very polite, professional, and a great service plumber.

Dave has been wonderful at resolving our problems . He showed us the needed repairs and replaced the eroded parts under 3 sinks within an hour at very reasonable price! I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbours!

Jonathan has been here a couple of times and has been great! fast quality work, and makes sure we're on plan the whole time. Definitely will call them again when needed.
