Thompson's Comfort Connection

Over the past few years, several air conditioning and heating contractors have recommended that we replace our air conditioning unit. Recently, Bill the owner of Thompson’s Comfort Connection visited our home to repair our air conditioner because it was not cooling. He made a simple repair replacing the capacitor at a reasonable price and didn’t try to sell us a new air conditioner. We very much appreciate his honesty and effort to providing a high level of service to his customers. We highly recommend Thompson’s Comfort Connection to anyone in need of heating or air conditioning service.

I had Tom come and service our Central A/C today. I called yesterday to make the appointment. Tom was Awesome. He was straight forward, efficient and quick. He took care of us until our unit was blowing cold air. When ever I have competitors come in and service our furnace, air, and water... they always push me to buy a new unit and want to sell me there service plan to come in quarterly and service and sell me things I don’t need or replace things that don’t need replacing. It is so frustrating. Thank you Tom for just coming and solving the problem, being friendly and providing Excellent Customer Service ❤️. We were very impressed and happy with the way Devon and his team replaced our AC unit and furnace. They were quick and totally cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful and helpful with our questions. Devon took the time to answer all our questions and explain things to us. He did it calmly and patiently. Our experience could not have been better.

From start to finish Bill and his crew took great care of us. Everything was thoroughly explained before, during, and after the install process. The new zoning system has made such a big difference in our multi-level home and we’re looking forward to years of year-round comfort from the new AC and furnace.
