5 Star Kitchen and Bath

We had Dave over today to look at our bathroom and provide us a bid. The company called and confirmed our appointment the day before. He was a few minutes early and didn't waste any of our time. He got straight to business and reviewed our options with us in great detail. The man really knows his stuff! We feel confident that Dave and his team will do an excellent job on our shower remodel.

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel with 5 Star. They have been amazing to work with. John, the salesman, went the extra mile to give us a bid quickly. He designed an amazing kitchen with 3d models to help us visualize how it would look. Donald, the project manager kept everything on schedule and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. Our lead installer, Froylan, was an incredibly hard worker and quickly earned our trust. The cabinets and flooring are beautiful and have transformed our house. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and our experience with 5 Star. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Tim came and did our in home consultation and was great! He was very thorough in his explanations and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and didn’t make us feel pressured at all. We haven’t made our decision on what to do yet, but so far he has made our experience with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath an excellent one. I will update if we decide to go through with our project.

5 Star is nearly complete with our kitchen remodel. They have stayed on their promised schedule and have transformed our 90's era oak kitchen into a beautiful masterpiece. Donald, the project manager was great. Froylan, our head installer is fantastic- a very hard worker. I also really appreciate how great they have been in communicating with us throughout the project. There were minor issues that came up, but they were great in getting them resolved quickly.

Very pleased with the results! We had them replace a vanity and shower and everything looks wonderful! They were in and out quickly and left our place cleaned up and ready to use. Zach and Ricky were professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!
