Had these guys called out on a warranty call to replace the washer and dryer hookups as well as a hose bib. The plumbing work looks really good, however the plumbers left a huge mess behind. Giving a good review though because I called the owner and told him about the dry wall plaster mess left all over the floor and many other messes left behind. He was very apologetic and paid to have his cleaning crew come out the very next day and not only clean up the mess from his plumbers but they cleaned my entire down stairs. Mistakes happen, but this guy owned it and did more than enough to make it right. With this kind of customer service I would use these guys again.

*03/27/2019 Update: Rocky Mountain Plumbing used to be named Quality Affordable Plumbing. The following review took place while they were under the older name. It's curious to me why they needed to change names...* Our main sewer line disconnected and backed up yucky water into our utility room. We had Any Hour Plumbing come out and very professionally give us a quote. Insurance required that we get a second quote, so we contacted Vijay at Quality Affordable Plumbing. They came and ran a camera down the main sewer line to verify the problem. I did not have my eyes on them at the time, but as they retracted the camera line, apparently they grabbed one of our towels to wipe off the sludge that had gathered on the camera cable during the procedure. They did not ask or inform us of this highly unprofessional decision, we learned about it when we later found the stinky towel crumpled on the floor with heavy dark smears of refuse matter from inside the sewer main. We threw the towel into the trash. Based on this display, and the fact that their quote was $1,800 more than the other quote, we went with Any Hour. Maybe sharing this experience will help make your plumbing crisis less of a burden by going with a professional service. This service could neither be classified as Quality nor Affordable. Also, if you are a plumber on a call, don’t ask to use a customer’s restroom when you are there investigating a backed up sewer.

Beware...If you have a sewer work done by this company , especially a person by the name of Vijay Kumar and you get a quote , they will come over start the work then all of a sudden they will say its worse than they thought and will requote a price over in the thousands , that they say needs to be done immediately all the way to the middle of the street to fix. They fixed the pipe as far as the original quote. They did dig a little further which was unnecessary. They were sneaky enough to erase the markings they made on the middle of the street. Then Vijay denied that he or his partner agreed to go to the middle of the street for an extra in the thousands. I demanded a refund for about 7 feet that they never dug, but of course it was my word against his and his partner Bill. As a widow, I trusted them. So before you get any additional work done, make sure you get a complete invoice of everything they quoted you first. Take pictures of the markings before they continue. Do not take their word. Also I they left my yard a mess. I couldn't get Vijay , Bill, or any one at the office to return my 5-6 calls to come back and fix my yard and my sprinkling system that they tore out. I had to have them bring more top soil so I could try to level my yard , which they left lumpy and dips. It took me weeks , myself, to finally get it somewhat back to normal. So again BEWARE...get it all in writing even any add on's before you agree to letting this company, Rocky Mountain Plumbing and Remodel do any work for you.

Quality Affordable Plumbing has been great to work with! No job too big or small. They do it all with great service and price... they have replaced my kitchen sink disposal, replaced a leaky toilet, and plumbed a gas line for my gas fireplace. I will definitely call them with any plumbing need I have in the future! Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
