Called and set up a same day appointment to unstop my sewer line. Well simply put no one ever showed up despite my two calls confirming that they were in fact coming the same day. Didn’t even get a call to let me know they wouldn’t be able to make it.
One of their workers in a red Dodge ram is just about mowing people down on the road on Crystal Falls between Lakeline in Baghdad.
They were pleasant but we called to see if they could come do a free estimate on our water heater and they said yes but if there were problems it would be 250 to 275 for repairs. They showed up turned our temp up then expected 85$ cash no card for doing so and when we told him that we had just called for a free estimate he got mad and stated "Whatever I'm not playing stupid games and stomped off. Very unprofessional will never call again, I should have looked at reviews before even calling
Max showed up when he said he would, was very systematic in finding the problem, then offered me options to save money and time. He got right to the job and knocked it out quick! I hope I never have plumbing problems again, but if I do, I'll call Max!!
He is an honest guy and does great work. I will definitely use him again.
