What an attitude! If i could give zero stars i would, they showed and replaced some part in the toilet tank, i called next day because it was still leaking and his answer to me was “to go find a new place to live” what a nasty attitude from a nasty old man . . If you read this comment you’re the one who need to find a new profession . . Garbage people please stay away!!

Worst experience ever and bad negative attitude all around! Not only the plumber J.D.had a negative attitude but when I called the office the lady answering the office calls- Natalie- was even worse. When I called to make the appointment she asked if I have everything and I advised her I do have the toilets-keep in mind I'm not a plumber so I don't know what "everything"means- that's the reason why I called a professional plumber, he needs to figure whats needed for the job if anything extra is needed then they should be able to supply that, at my end I had a complete toilet in a box with everything in it including the connecting water lines. I asked J.D for advise on what needs to be done for other issues and he simply started saying "U are something else". I asked him what do u mean by that?? u are the professional so its normal to ask your advised about other issues so I know what to schedule for with his office. At that point I asked why the bad attitude? so he started saying "u are something else" and walked away from the job. At that point I called the office to let them know what happened trying to get someone else to come take care of my issues and Natalie had a worst attitude than the worker and hang up the phone repeatedly, I had to call the office 3 times to explain to her what happened, she had no interest in helping so I asked for her manager or owner to call me back. Every single company has policies but you cant expect the rest of the world to know them, things have to be explained in a nice manner with calm and respect and not the way this office handled this simple situation. Lucky for them that negative five( -5) rating doesn't exist cause that's what I would give them.

The plumber was on time, courteous, and most importantly fixed the problem in about an hour! Made the appointment at the end of business hours the day before and was seen first thing the next day. Thank you!

Courteous and polite these good folks fixed a toilet AND dug up my yard to fix a cracked water pipe I didn't even know was cracked. No more $150 water bills for me! Also, they wore protective covers on their shoes as not to track mud in my home. I recommend them
