Johnny was very helpful in getting his crew out to take care of a water heater leak and saved me a ton of money in the process! I had purchased a tankless to replace the tank heater I had and they had no problem getting the electrical set up and the new water heater installed. His employees were very professional and cleaned up everything around the area and did not leave one bit of trash or material! Thank you Johnny and all of your staff for the awesome job done!

Called and requested someone to come out to replace a busted bathtub. They said they would be be there between 9 and 2. Never showed or called to tell me they couldn't make it. I called the office to see what was up. They put me through to the owner who said that he needed to reschedule for the next morning between 9 and 11. Still did not show up or call. Wasted people's time sitting there waiting on him.

Johnny was the BEST to work with. He was always so polite and compassionate when it came to our hot water heater. We were stood up by several companies, and having a baby made our situation even more of an emergency. They were so fast to help us and made us always feel like a top priority. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any job! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Allen Plumbing and Air Conditioning!

Dunno about the quality of their service.... Tried to get them to come out for 3 weeks. They would just say we'll call you but never did. They finally made an appointment to come by but never showed up. So i just took my business elsewhere.

Never use this company again. I left a key hidden outside for them to get in .when I came home from work it was in plain sight for anyone to see. My door for the hot water heater was standing wide open. These people don't seem to care about who they put in danger.
