Horrible customer service. Day 1: says I’m to far away from them and they told the warranty company. Day 1 evening: we will just come out tomorrow after 6. Day 2: no call no show. Day 3: sorry we got busy we will come this evening or maybe tomorrow but we will definitely call and let you know. Day 3/4: no call no show Day 5: we have other customers that are more of a priority so don’t know when we will come out there. Absolutely horrible company, would definitely never recommend using them as it’s obvious they don’t care. A formal complaint was also filed with the warranty company so hopefully they will stop working with this company and end the headache for future warranty customers.
First off we would like to apologize to any of the customers that have had problems and also would like to explain that when we have claims through warranty companies due to the late work that is out of our hands because we at times receive the claims from the companies later then we anticipated or in a timely fashion. we just want to explain that we have a process like you all when having to use the warranty companies. we extend our apologizes again for anyone that has has problems.
The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I have to. We called our home warranty company due to our kids shower not working properly and had a work order in for over a week due to our shower not working. We had a technician to out on a Thursday to take a look, said he'll get the part com out Friday. I took the day off and waited, nobody showed up. Now next week is my daughter's Spring Break and we had plans for prom shopping and activities with our 3 kids. I call Monday morning to see what the deal is and was told he'll be out today, waited around no show called again he told us he'll be out tomorrow morning (Tuesday). Once again we wait around all day he finally shows up after 3 PM, said problem fixed. Well that night my daughter gets in shower and yells out in pain, the shower will only go freezing cold to scolding hot and it burnt her. We call the guy Wednesday am and he tells us he knows what the problem is and he'll be out tomorrow. Thursday waited around all day and again a no show no call so we call our home warranty place they called the company and they lied saying the spoke with us and made an appointment for Friday morning at this point we just want this done. Friday rolls around nothing. My husband calls the office to see what is going on and the technician has been gone on a kotormotor trip. They apologize and tell us they'll have someone out first thing in the morning on Saturday. It is now Saturday, we canceled our Barrel race and waited. It's almost 11 so my husband calls and they tell us were horrible customers. Were horrible for wasting an entire spring break with our kids, lost pay due to staying home from work waiting around and still have no shower. As I am typing this, my husband pulls up Yelp and there are reviews stating they had same problem down to the owner telling another customer to F off. Horrible!!
They were "dispatched" on Thursday morning (did not actually happen until Saturday-not their fault) for a total plumbing stoppage. We were told they had 24 hrs (took 48 to actually dispatch) and 4 days and 3 hours later they arrived, that is still 48 hours after the dispatch occurred. They didn't make contact, they just showed up. They were rude and dismissive and started trying to mess with the repairs we had payed someone else to do (we had too).

Never Have I Dealt With Such Rude And Irresponsible Bunch Of Hacks In All My Life..Working On Warranty Claim..Installed Hot Water Heater...PLUMBING MANAGER Came In House..Turned Hot Water In Kitchen..5 minutes after installing in garage at 37 degrees..LOL..When called back to tell them NOT WORKING..Was confronted by OLD PLUMBING MANAGER GUY..Disrespectful, Talked To Me Like I Was An IDIOT..And Point Blank SAID NOT HIS PROBLEM..LOL..RUN FROM THIS COMPANY..If They Install It And Don't Even Try To Fix It..THEN TREAT CUSTOMERS RUDELY Because THEY DIDN"T DO THEIR DAMN JOB..RUN FAST..FLY BY NIGHT..Has To Do Warranty Work To Survive Because People Don't Call Them Back..LOL..Maybe FIRE THE OLD CRANKY MANAGER GUY..HE IS A JERK...
