Hunter Super Techs

UPDATE: Kimberly at the office called and is sending a Tech. Shane called Ann's was very understanding. I hope the last week was just a one off, because I want to like this company. previously reviewed, am sorry I did. I really believed they cared. I always make sure I show appreciation in the form of tips, food, drinks, etc. Yet after waiting a week for a part they told me I needed to prevent losing my ceiling they won't even come by just to check it and make sure it's not overflowing without an 89 dollar charge. I'm unable to climb, I've spent almost 1500 with them and joined their service club and they can't spare a minute after I've been in fear for a week? We'll see how this is resolved, but I am truly disappointed.

We've been using their service for about a year now. Last summer I found them online and signed up for their membership. I let it lapse after our emergency to get us through the worst of the heat (system was crazy low on freon but we couldn't afford very much). The tech was very professional and quick to do all he could to help us through. I shouldn't of let the service lapse! A few months ago we needed someone to check out the heater and ended up getting the membership again at a slightly higher rate. Both times the membership saved us lots of cash, and both times the techs didn't mess around. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing and did so quickly, without a mess left behind. Glad they have our business ♥️

Our technician was very nice and did a great job. He came out last minute on a Sunday evening to save us from the heat. We will definitely use hunter heat and air again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Cody Howell solved an issue with our a/c that's been ongoing for awhile. He noticed an issue with the thermostat and because he made a wiring change, we will save some money for electrical work. Thanks, Cody. As I said, "you are a genius!"

Shane was excellent! He is very polite, and showed up at the time he said he would. Shane was very knowledgeable about our unit, problems we could encounter, and answered all questions we had quickly. He even passed inspection with our 4 dogs, which is phenomenal in itself! We happily give him an AAA+++ rating!!!
