I called this place for a backflow inspection on a job. “Amanda” was rude and course. When i said that i had more than one valve and what was the price per valve, or was there a discount for multiple valves she replied “no”. Very short and i asked if they match prices with others in the industry she was short and said “hell no you get what you pay for” and hung up. I called back to speak to the owner to get some kind of clarification and if she knew her employee was rude, the owner “Cherie” was far worse and worse attitude than “amanda”. Go somewhere else where they appreciate the work and the money. Over pricing and attitude will get you nowhere. Horrible customer service.

After simply calling this company to request a price quote on backflow testing for my filtration system at my home, they quoted $155 which just happens to be the highest price I have been quoted (everyone else quoted $100 including the city fee). I simply mentioned this to the girl on the phone to which she replied “you get what you pay for” and hung up on me! Incredibly unprofessional and rude.
