Carl has been to our place three times now. After the second one, we knew enough to ask for him! He is experienced, professional and personable. This last time we had experienced a glitch with previous work, and Carl made it right. He is so knowlegable, but listens to his customers concerns with great patience.

The most expensive plumber on the planet. Over $700 to clear a clog without ever even coming in the house. $200 just to bring his equipment out of the truck, $280 for a new toilet ring. Fun fact - we canceled this plumber and got it done for $175 by Master Plumber Rob. Benjamin Franklin tried to rob us without even using a gun. Beware - if you call these guys they are going to shaft you.

Kirk came last week to access a sewer leak and possible hot water flush. He quoted me a price to test for the water leak and flush the hot water heater, and came back today as promised to do the work. The price today was lower because it didn't take as long to find, which was great! He did a great job of finding the leak, and told me the details of fixing the leak. Setup a time next week, and it's been a terrific experience so far. Kirk and Shawn came back today to replace the cracked pipe; tested the sewer system; inspector confirmed it was fixed. Great job! Very courteous and considerate of my family's time, and the same price as quoted.

I have worked with Stuart in the past and his work is top notch, his knowledge is vast, and he is very professional and efficient. I appreciate his candor and tips on maintaining my plumbing throughout my home. I always request him when I run into a plumbing problem or for my annual service call to check my system.
