Plumber Dude's

Unlike several plumbers that I called, Plumber Dude's quickly responded the same day to my call. Ron quickly found the issue to our stoppage and explained in detail what repairs were needed. The repairs were made in a timely manner. Ron even cleaned the floor where the repairs were made. I am completed satisfied with their service.

I contacted Plumber Dude's regarding a stoppage affecting my kitchen sinks and washing machine. It took less than 5 minutes to setup an appointment with them. They arrived on time and resolved the problem within a very short time, less than 15 minutes! I was very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism , good attitude, people skills and overall, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Ron explained the cause and location of the problem ( with a neatly drawn diagram ..) and the resolution. Encountered this problem approximately 10 years ago and was told by "another plumbing company " that it was caused by 'tree roots' from a very large tree in my back yard. For a fee of $5K, THEY could fix the problem !!!..... The honest and integrity of Plumber Dude's was more than appreciated. I would highly recommend this company .

They contracted by Sears Home Warranty they come out here to my house to fix the leak took them 2 weeks charge $425 extra for SS when they tear off your drywall in the brick of the house to get to the lake and the $100 deductible then they leave my electric off in the garage to my freezer with meat in it and now jack the owner will not cover or replace my meat because he says he didn't see no blood dripping but he came a week later no one's going to leave blood and bad meat maggots in their refrigerator for a week his employer Jesse Witnesses and Jesse admits to knowing that it was their fault that the electric was left off they are unprofessional when it comes to their responsibility of their mistakes,Jack the owner even admitted and said that the electric probably blew out because they kept turning it on and off so many times because he came out here on Saturday morning I never even knew he was in the garage and the circuit overload it and blue that's why my water heater was not heating for over a week

Today was the first time to use my Home Serve insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly there were able to schedule my appointment! Then, with my permission, they were able to come sooner than scheduled! The work was completed satisfactorily and Kelvin made certain everything was clean before he left.
