Called them on Monday air conditioning not cooling and freezing up repairman came out added freon said there may be a leak refused to look for it said he didn't want to go into the attic because it was to hot charged up almost $600, by Friday same thing happening again can't reach them because of holiday weekend finally got a hold of them today was told its not there job to find leaks or go on the attic asked what exactly there job was then I asked for the problem to be fixed permanently not a temporary fix was told then I needed to call someone else. My repair man was Tim they also go under the name of Arrow heating and air spoke to the owner and same story was told they would not be coming to fix it and was hung up on several times. Called another company and was told they have been going begging them fixing mistakes they came out and it was a dirty coil and should have been checked first thing... Well never use these people again lazy rude and scammed me out of almost $600
