Ron-Co Rooter And Plumbing Co

Called yesterday. Was told a plumber would call me and schedule a time. No one did. I called back at the end of the day. Was told secretary left on an emergency. Said he had a note and I was "on the schedule for tomorrow." Sat here all day waiting to have my sink, faucet, and disposal connected. No one came. When I called to ask if anyone was still coming, was told the "secretary left for an emergency," (apparently again) and "plumbers don't schedule anyone, the secretary does." Yet my name was given to a plumber to schedule a time? Which is it? Neither one has bothered to schedule it or call me. I was told I was on today's schedule. But then when inquired was told no, that meant I was to be called today, yet not one person called me. We have spent a pretty penny on these renovations. Will call someone else.

The lady that answers the phone is just awful. I was polite, bubbly even, but she was rude and short tempered. Very poor customer service skills. So I went with someone else.

Same experience as somebody else in this thread. They came by the first day and couldn’t finish the job, said they’d be back the next day and never showed, no communication. Called back every day for 5 days only to be told “it’ll be tomorrow”. Cancelled the order, and they couldn’t of cared less. Nice business model ????

I had this company replace the original 1940 tarpaper sewer. They were fast and thorough. Their price was Very reasonable. That was 5 years ago. Yesterday the water company checked my meter because of unexpected water use. It was leaking just on my side of the meter. They turned it off. I called Ron Co. It was 430 pm. I told them I could wait until today. The scheduler said there were several jobs already on the books for today but would be out asap. I had several errands to run this am do that was perfect. I got a call at 1215, they came out within 20 minutes, were finished in 45 and the total cost was $75. The plumber was friendly and professional.

Steve came to my home for for a repair and did a excellent job. This company is fair priced and very professional.
