Brandon from rotorooter did an excellent job fixing our drainage issue in our basement. He was very professional, friendly, and hard working. He made sure all necessary details were addressed and even planned ahead for our future remodel and made changes now so that we wouldn't have to in the future. He cleaned up the area daily and often worked late in the day just to make sure he didn't leave a job unfinished. He was frequently communicating with us to make sure we knew exactly what was happening and was very clear and upfront with pricing. Highly recommend him!

5 stars to Roto Rooter the experience was SO WONDERFUL! One of my greatest pet peeves is Customer Service and you guys were outstanding! The technician you sent out was very professional and stood by his quote. As a man who knows little about plumbing he didn't mind my watching him work and showed absolutely no irritation in answering ALL of my questions. He even gave tips on how we could avoid the same issue we've been having as well. If we have another issue with plumbing, I know who I'll be calling! Thank you bunches!
