John from Nieman Plumbing came to my home to replace my failed water heater today. I had a gas water heater with a powered ventilator. John did a terrific job. He was courteous and respectful of my time and home. He is a knowledgeable professional. This was my first experience with Nieman Plumbing and I will be using them again. They worked me in to the schedule quickly and then sent a great technician to perform the service work. Thanks for a great all-around experience!! Well Done!!

John was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what steps he would take to repair our leak and replace our sump pump. It was completed professionally, quickly and cleanly. We are very happy with the service.
